it's might be seasonal as I don't find any irregularly as such in your case.
As per weight mentioned you are almost upto the normal limit.
You might have been irregular in your diet i. E some thing called, dieting being over enthusiastic to lose weight.

You should do oranayaam, kalal hart, simple exercises daily. Walking of three kilometre is the best exercise.

Best way to reduce fat is exercise and diet control....take pranacharya medohar rasayn twice a day....medohar guggul 2-2 twice a day....and pranacharya slim capsule 1-1 twice a day...avoid junk food...oily food...fermented food..alcohol consumption..sugar....milk products and sweets....take oats and cereals more..and do pranayama early in the morning and walk for atleast 45 minutes a day...and do exercises....dont sleep immediately after taking meal...you can take my 'obesity treatment package' ...more
