For that you need to understand what is wrong with the pain site is there a degenerative changes or a inflammatory response or something wrong with you yoga practice. So first stop you practice for 3 to 4 day and note the intensity of pain if its reduce significantly it might be because of some wrong yogasana your doing.
If not do x day or MRI and consult you physician. For now do back stretching, hot pack and rest.

Dear you can follow these methods for relief from Backache(back pain):

* First correct your sitting posture. Do not bend your lower back.You can use lumber belt for support.
* Do regular back strength exercises.Move your clockwise and anticlock wise.

It looks like you are anaemic. If you have shin and hip pain as well as neck sprain then it is due to your haemoglobin levels as it is important to check that. Anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having shin pain/ hip pain though there may not be any pathological reasons for such pain.
