there is no specific “diet” that people with rheumatoid arthritis.but certain foods can help control inflammation like sprouts, pulses, fish, fiber rich foods etc. Yes you can do yoga.

If you could tell me status of uric acid, ESR, RA Blood reports and X-ray of LS spine repirt, it would be easier to comment correctly.

If leg pain is radiating from back, it proves intervertebral disc involvement.

You cannot depend on pain killers for life.

Physio, Yoga and herbal approach is must for safe management.

please investigate properly and send the x-ray and other investigation report to rule out whether it is arthritis or anything else.
This is may be due to overweight or deficiency of vitamin d3 and calcium or due to poor posture. Till then follow these advises -
