For allergy there are no special remedies. Anti allergic drugs, steroids etc give only temporary relief. See ENT specialist to confirm there is allergic rhinitis, and no structural defect in nose. Next you have to identify the allergic agent like dust, smoke, fumes, pollen etc. and try to avoid if possible. Breathing exercises of Yoga may help.

For allergy you need to increase your immunity with the help of yoga exercise healthy eating and healthy lifestyle. You can start some ayurvedic or homeopathic medicines for same.
For now start.
Anbuta plus oral drops. Take 10-drops twice a day for three months. Read the leaflet. For migrain.
Avoid oily, spicy, sour food items. Avoid eating non vegetarian food for 3months. Medication.
