take syp Pepgard 20 ml three times a day before taking meal.
Take syp Amla Pitt suspension 20 ml before taking meal.
These medicines definitely heel your mucosal layer and your problem will go away.
Avoid oily spicy fried salty heavy acidic food stuffs and cold drinks etc.

This pain is because of acidity (actually gas). Are you constipated.
Take half cup of cold milk when you feel acidity, it will help. Curd is good for u. U need to do the following--
