Avoid spicy food items and not to eat junk food and we also need to avoid peanuts and potatoes in our daily diet and Take tablet Pan-D before breakfast on empty stomach for three months and always to take a gap of a week before starting it again only if necessary

No idea about ayurveda. But avoid tea coffee semi recumbent position tight garments antacid if you are suffering from gastroesophageal reflux disease. Do exercise weight reduction add ppis drugs etc etc

Hi, Take tab. Amlapittahara I tab 3 times a day and Gasino syrup 2tsf 3 times a day. Avoid hot and spicy food and oil fried food. Eat in small quantities frequently. Drink plenty of water.
