food is extremely important to manage our weight. So we have to be careful of what we eat. Regular things like choosing whole grains, having fruits and vegetables, avoiding junk food etc have to be followed. Apart from this include some form of physical exercise in your routine. Maybe a walk or yoga or whatever you like to reduce your stomch fat

Also regular yoga exercises stretches nd strenthens the muscles which causes less pain during menses. Dear lybrateuser,
- Stress is an important factor in IBS, exercise can reduce stress & IBS symptoms
- to start with you have to judge for yourself the intensity of exercise which can be tolerated by your system as sometimes too vigorous exercise exacerbates the symptoms
- milder forms like walking & yoga can be helpful, also jogging, swimming & other exercises can be tried first & then followed regularly as per suitability.
