Dear Lybrateuser, - Your problem could be due to acidity
- follow some dietary precautions: - chew your food well, do not skip meals, have meals on time, have dinner 2-3 hrs before bedtime, raise the pillow end by 6-8 inches while sleeping
- avoid fried, spicy & junk food, also limit tea, coffee intake to 1-2 cups per day, avoid alcohol & smoking if you do
- have 8-10 glasses of water for proper digestion
- do regular exercise like walking & yoga for proper digestion

By doing what like walking, exertion, eating or empty stomach- it increases or decreases in intensity. For how much time the pain remains?
Is there stiffness also?

Take balance end nutristional food avoid too oily, ghee prepretion, spacy, fast, junck food, over eating. Take less as you fill hungery. Do arobic excersices, fast walking, yoga, will help.

food is extremely important to manage our weight. So we have to be careful of what we eat. Regular things like choosing whole grains, having fruits and vegetables, avoiding junk food etc have to be followed. Apart from this include some form of physical exercise in your routine. Change food habites. Avoid too oily, ghee prepretions, carbohydrates, rich proteins, eggs, nonveg, over eating. Add fiber food, take simpal veg food with salad. Do arobic excersices, yoga, pachimotanasana, sarvangasan, pranayam will help.

Painful menses are termed as dysmenorrhoea which is very common . You can manage it by using hot water bottle during the pain. Also regular yoga exercises stretches nd strenthens the muscles which causes less pain during menses. You can also have tea with a pinch of cinnamon powder in it, it really helps in decreasing the pain.
