Hi yellow eyes and high fever should be investigated. It can be related to jaundice but it needs to be confirmed by a blood test. Please get your self checked for liver profile and fever profile.

Better to get blood & urine tests for bilirubin levels to exclude jaundice. Take any general physician's personal suggestion fro tests required.

What are your blood reports - bilirubin, sgot, sgpt etc. Take adequate rest and give rest to liver.
Initially take fruit and vegetable juices for about 3-4 days, preferably fresh not tinned ones. Sugarcane and lime juice are excellent. Then add fruits and vegetables for 3-4 days. Then start taking normal vegetarian food low in oil and spices. No non vegetarian food, ghee, butter, junk food. Take tablet liver 52ds twice daily.
