Right hand pain it might be due to carpal tunnel syndrome, where the pain will be felt in the wrist. You can do hot water fermentation/ wax therapy for shouldtreat carpal tunnel syndrome as early as possible after symptoms start.

It may not be due to the fracture site, however if your fracture is not united well then the bone protrudes against the skin, soft tissue which might be harmful, you can wear wrist brace which will help you to protect your wrist and there by it may not hurt you that much. Please revert back if you need the wrist brace we can send it by courier.

You can ask him to wear the wrist splint which will help to reduce the deformity if in case he is forgetting to wear the sling or crepe bandage. Splint will be tight and he cannot remove it.

For the right hand pain it might be due to carpal tunnel syndrome, where the pain will be felt in the wrist. You can do hot water fermentation for the wrist pain (hand pain) you can do ice therapy which will reduce the pain. Wearing wrist brace which will make you to feel warm and that will make the joints become firm. Hot water fermentation will help.
