I would suggest you to not to try to control or suppress any thought and always remember that it’s natural and is no crime unless you affect someone else’s life,so don’t suppress thoughts and try BUDDHIST MINDFULNESS to be aware of any urge or any movement in your body and to simply let go of it, it appears boring and difficult but trust me you’ll get used to it.
