Hello Mr. lybrate-user. It is a fact you have to accept, that psoriasis is an autoinflammatory disease that activates and settles on its own pace. Its flares are totally unpredictable. There are good medicines available to control the disease, but can't stop future flares. The only goal to treatment is controlling the disease and treating flares when it arises. Bilirubin is the waste product of hemoglobin (a component of your blood cells) increase in bilirubin could be because of breakdown of blood cells or breakdown of muscles (myoglobin) or any other heme containing proteins in the body. She should take balance diet, with ample green leafy vegetables. Avoid food high in cholesterol and fat like red meat, ghee, oil, butter and full fat dairy products. Engage in physical activity regularly (at least 150 mins/ week).
Repeat the lipid profile after 3 weeks. If ldl or triglyceride is still high, starting lipid lowering drugs should be considered.
Repeat thyroid profile with freet3 and freet4 after 1 month, if tsh is still high, starting levothyroxine should be considered.
