Hello-
bleeding after anal sex is a common occurrence. During anal sex, a person can tear the wall of their partner's anus, resulting in anal fissures. The small tears can cause bleeding and discomfort the next time the person engages in anal sex or has a bowel movement. In some cases, anal sex can cause hemorrhoids to form.

Hi,
its normal to have 5-7 days menstrual bleeding at your age. However, you can have a check if there is any excess bleeding. You can have both coffee and green tea. Anything warm gives symptomatic relief during that phase. Any kind of mild exercise or walking is good enough during periods.
Hope this helps!

Demelan cream is prescribed in certain disorders of hyperpigmentation. It may not benefit in all cases and one may experience side effects like photosensitivity/redness etc. Hence it is advisable to consult a dermatologist and figure out what will suit you best for your skin condition.
