1) eat foods rich in protein like milk and milk product, eggs, chicken, meat.

Your hb level is very low your hg should be at least 13 hg. You shold take regular iron capsulle twice a day. Along with vegetable which contains lot of iron likebeatroot green bannana. I suggest you better consult a medical specialist dont neglect it cause of your anaemia should be throughly investigated. You are so young. So take care.
