Usually in diabetes it is said that" No feasting or fasting" However, if one is really interested in fasting then the medicine needs to be adjusted accordingly. If no food is taken at all then drugs need not be taken on that day (anti-diabetes drugs). Thanks.

No, the zika virus is not contagious from person to person. Because it's not airborne or transmitted via physical contact, there's no risk of becoming infected with the virus from simply standing near an infected person. There has been one confirmed case of zika spread through sexual transmission.

Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong, chana,Dal, rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit.
