The decision to operate on an inflamed appendix is typically based on a combination of clinical symptoms, physical examination findings, and imaging studies. An appendix size of 4.5 mm may be within a normal range, but the decision to operate is usually not based solely on the size but also on the presence of inflammation and clinical symptoms.
The fact that your daughter's stomach pain has improved is a positive sign. However, the persistent feeling of nausea and occasional vomiting may ind...more

I'm truly sorry to hear about the challenges you're facing. Managing depression and anxiety, especially during pregnancy, can be incredibly difficult. It's important to remember that i'm not a doctor, but I can provide some general information.
Nexito, known generically as escitalopram, is an antidepressant medication typically used to treat depression and anxiety. The safety of using escitalopram during pregnancy isn't completely clear-cut. There's some evidence suggesting that taking ssris...more

Fluanxol (Flupentixol): This is an antipsychotic medication often used for schizophrenia or other similar conditions. It can also be used in lower doses for depression.

Spenzo (Etizolam): This is a medication that is used for anxiety. It belongs to a class of drugs similar to benzodiazepines and has sedative and mu...more

Hello-
a common complaint for many women is the loss of libido, or sex drive. Often this symptom is associated with menopause, but adult women of varying age groups have noted a decline in sex drive.
At initial phase most women aren't aware of all the factors that affect libido, or the treatments available to help. Many are too embarrassed to share their worry with a physician. Patients are often told they are over stressed or depressed and given an antidepressant. Unfortunately, many me...more

Etilaam pro contains etizolam and propranolol, which act on the symptoms of anxiety (mild) and do not modify the cause of panic attacks, which is serotnergic imbalance in the mind (brain). So ideal treatment based on the frequency of panic attacks would be a course of ssris if they are very frequent. If they occur once in 3-6 month or so, clonazepam is ideal choice. Good luck.
