Hey there, please consult a physician for the lumps. You should not ignore anything. Get proper investigations done and get assured. Treatment will follow accordingly.
For the wisdom tooth, do warm saline rinses thrice daily.
Take tab. Lyser d thrice daily for 5 days. Brush twice daily and keep the area of erupting tooth clean by rinsing regularly. Use your regular mouthwash also.

Hey there, donot allow food food to lodge inside the tooth. Rinse thoroughly after every meal or you can ise a tooth brush also to remove food lodged. Avoid using toothpicks un-necessarily. Do warm saline rinses twice daily. Brush twice daily.

If you are facing wisdom tooth pain then it is better to visit some dentist near by and get it removed. Wisdom tooth doesn't help in chewing, it is vestigial organ. For temporary relief you can take any pain killer which suits you or do some warm salty water rinses it might help.

warm saline rinses will help you a lot. beside that dentakind L gel will help you. apply gel before brushing and then brush thoroughly in respective area. Also apply before eating,so that u can eat comfortably.

Usually no use mouth wash after every meal n warm salt water rinse 4 5 times a day if pain persists or increases contact your Dr. again.
