Wisdom teeth extraction sometimes a difficult process specially when it is impacted in the bone. In that case the bone is cut and the tooth extraction is performed. Occasionally there is pain for 3-4 days and in some cases upto 7 days also. If you have followed the instructions given by your dentist after extraction you will be fine. And if the pain still persists for a long period then go for a follow up to your dentist. Thank you.

Warm salt water rinse many times a day keep mouth clean use mouth wash consult a maxillofacial surgeon if not able to erupt it may have to b removed if you have any xray of the area send on line than can adv you better.
