There is no enough space in your jaw for wisdom teeth to erupt. That is the reason why they are growing horizontally. Yess it has to be extracted.

Absolutely normal.
4 wisdom teeth can be either missing or unerupted.
And as you have put in the question that 4 wisdom teeth are already included in the count then probably you will have to get an opg xray to determine other missing teeth.

Dear tarika, warm saline gargle 3 or 4 times a day after meal is enough, it's anti bacterial in action. If the swelling is causing pain or fever it's better to visit a dentist first.

If your upper wisdom molar is hurting your cheek;
please get it checked by your dentist.
There may not be enough space for eruption of the third molar.
There may be a need for grinding that upper third molar or removal
of the tooth.
