Chlangiocarcinoma the first treatment of choice is surgery. Complete resection is feasible only in 20% cases and hence most cases with positive margins, sub-total resection and positive nodes require postoperative chemoradiation to achieve local control. Though most oncologists give chemotherapy and keep radiation as reserve option. So in your case radiation can be given if it is only a loco-regional disease.

Take Cinchona Officinalis 30C 1 dose now, 2nd dose tomorrow morning.
And then take Cosmos 30C 3 doses daily for 1 week.
Your problem of gas, acidity and all. Will start relieving within 2 days and and will cleared-up totally by 1 week and there after you won't face this problems anymore.

the findings suggest a collection which is not malignancy hence not of any concern.
It is a sequale of surgery which should resolve with time. Hope dhe is not having symptoms.

If it is a pilonidal sinus as mentioned by you. the newly available radial laser technology is best.
But for this surgery the surgeon should have all the accessories to perform the surgery as it has to be performed at many sites over the sinus. So the knowledge of the surgeon is also considered.
Again the cost of laser is high.
If it is associated with abscess as mentioned by you. Laser surgery is not indicated as there is no tract available for ablation.
