Asked for female, 27 years old from Hyderabad

Hi, I was suffering from fever and severe cough from past 15 days. My wbc count was 15300. I was advised to admit in the hospital and is being admitted from 4 days and antibiotics have been given. Currently I am experiencing no fever and cough or any other symptoms except course voice and dry mouth and today my wbc is 18500. Can I know the reason for the wbc increase and also please provide me treatment for itthank you in advance.

I am 35 years old and in this month on 4th september I got transferred from need to delhi, yesterday morning sudden I got fever 102 °c and also dry cough.
