Hi lybrate-user! for gaining weight in a healthy way, combine weight training with a balanced diet. These below pointers may help: 1) make sure to eat enough protein rich foods like dal, sprouts & pulses, curd, paneer, greek yoghurt, & if you eat non veg: eggs, chicken & fish.
2) drink enough water because that also helps with better nutrient absorption
