Hey lybrate-user,
if you are hitting a gym and not taking proper diet there are more chances of muscle loss. And that can show you weight loss because weight includes fat ,muscle mass, water in our body etc. So I will suggest if you are hitting gym regularly you should concentrate on eating well balanced diet to avoid muscle loss.
