You can try this -
1. 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic). Or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Don't drink water before meals. This can fill your stomach and make it harder to get in enough calories.

Hi, it could be due to excessive fat deposition in that area. However its better to get it examined by a family doctor atleast. Also here are a few tips that will help you:-
exercise 40-45 minutes 4-5 times a week.
Eat small frequent meals every 2 -3 hours
eat protein rich diet (especially post workout, it will help in building muscle) and improve
metabolism.
Eat proper breakfast, as 40% of day’s energy comes from breakfast.

Diet can certainly help. Try small nutrient dense foods during the day like Rotis with paneer bhurji, oats, chila with curd, milk shakes, dryfruits, milk desserts etc. Have light dinner like khichdi, Dalia, soups etc, Drink hot spicy soups if you can tolerate them. Drink plenty of liquids. Have vegetables and salads with meals. include fruits, Hot ginger pepper tea after meals is beneficial.
