You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you. Do crunches and pushups daily to reduce belly fat.

Hello,
Take in morning warm water with lemon drops for detoxification. After that 4-5 almonds in empty stomach. Take 5-6 small meals in a day.
Include high protein food and fiber rich food items.
Pulses, skimmed milk to be include in diet. If you are non vegetarian you can take egg white and chicken (Boiled ,steamed, grilled).
Take 4-5 ltr water in a day.

Do exercise daily. Take hot water whole day. Don't skip your Breakfast and meals. Have small and frequent meals. Take high protein diet and high fiber foods.

1. To lose weight/belly fat make healthy food choices and add more exercise/activity.
2. Add 2-3 Fruits per day taken 30 mins before meals. 3. Eat plain roti/rice with dal with a bowl of salad in each meal.
4. Cut down Sweets/Biscuits/Colas / Fruit Juice from your diet. 5. Completely eliminate Puris/Parathas/Pizzas/Burgers/Fried Rice etc
6. Exercise daily - 'Intense' Cardio for 40-60 mins. This will keep you slim and trim.
