If you have ayurvedic trifla powder at home, soak overnight 1/2 tsp powder in 1/2 cup of water (first water shouldbe discarded to wash away dust etc, then take new water to soak). In the morning mash it, filter well. Put 1 drop in each eye. Other family members may also use this for eyes. Rest of the water may be drunk by any member too. For eye drop make fresh every day. Child will have fine eyes in a week or so. Report after a week.

Redness, itchiness and watery eyes are common symptoms of eye allergies. Pollen, mold, dust and pet dander are common allergens that trigger such allergies. Other triggers include adverse reactions to cosmetics and eye medication such as eye drops. Being allergic to certain food items rarely causes eye conditions such as itchiness or excessive tearing. When the surface of the eye is exposed to allergens, it releases histamines. This causes itchiness and makes the eye red and watery.

Watery eyes could be caused by lacrymal canal blackage or any inflammation etc. Blurred vision may require investigation. However if you can, wash your eyes with trifla phant (trifla soaked overnight in normal water, mashed in the morning, filtered clean with cotton thin cloth). You will see benefits in a week.
