Watery Eyes Questions

Prolonged working on laptop/TV/mobile can cause computer vision syndrome. Computer vision syndrome is a condition resulting from focusing the eyes on a computer or other display device for, uninterrupted periods of time. Some symptoms of cvs include
a. Headaches
b blurred vision
c. Neck pain
d redness in the eyes
e. Eye strain
f dry eyes
sometimes watery eyes
these symptoms can be further aggravated by improper lighting conditions.

1.Do steam inhalation by steam inhaler 2-3 times daily with Karvol plus inhalant capsule
2.Put otrivin nasal drop 1 drop thrice daily.
3.Take one tablet of Levocetrizine(5mg) at bed time.
4. Drink lukewarm water/hot soup/herbal tea etc

use gulab jal 2-3 drops in both eye and adrak juice with mulethi powder and honey7-8 days
steam inhalation at bed time

But during that time, just put rose water in eyes for 2-3 mins and keep it closed.
You will feel better.
Do this 3 times in a day for 3 days, then your eyes won't get red anymore.
