1.Wash your eyes frequently
2.Take one tablet of levocetrizine at bed time for few days
3.Put ciplox eye drop two drop twice daily
4.Avoid exposure to bright sun light

While using computer for long time every person fail to blink the eyes.

So only way to overcome is Use Dim light in laptop or black background in screen.

Try to blink for one minute for every 15 minutes if you are so busy.

else try to create the habit of blinking eyes very often.
