Corneal abrasions are very uncomfortable and cause eye redness and severe sensitivity to light. If you know something has scratched your eye, it's important to see your eye doctor or go to an emergency room or urgent care center to seek immediate treatment for your eye injury.

Firstly I would suggest following the 20-20-20 rule
"take a break every 20 min - look at an object 20 feet away - for 20 sec"
if you wear spectacles, use the ones with blue light filter.
Finally, use eyedrops with carboxymethyl cellulose 0.5% with soc (preservative free ). One drop in both eyes 4-6 times a day.
I suggest you undergo dry eye evaluation if symptoms persist.
(you can opt for a private consultation for a prescription).
