Wash well and prevent from dust and allergens. When you have a blocked tear duct, your tears can't drain normally, leaving you with a watery, irritated eye. The condition is caused by a partial or complete obstruction in the tear drainage system. Pl talk and get advise.

Hi, it looks like upper respiratory tract infection. You may need oral antibiotics. Also for the eye, depending on severity, you may need eye drop. Please consult online for proper diagnosis. Till then you can use eye drop teardrops 2-3 times a day for a week.

Take a clear photo one of eyelid after pulling it up as much as possible and one focussing on iris and pupil.
Also are there any symptoms of fever
blur vison,
photophobia and watering.
Detailed history needed for treatment.

Wear glasses while traveling, watching tv or using phones, while reading. For some people headache or itching of eyes happens if they don't use glasses. Also to improve your eyesight you can do simple ayurveda procedures at home itself. Use of triphala in a correct way is the best way to get healthy eyes.
