Mr. lybrate-user question was incomplete, you got treated with genital warts, if you are free from all warts what is the point relation to penile pain. What is reason for penile pain. When are you getting penile pain? When erected? How the pain subsiding. Any deformity of penis? Any scar formation over penis.
Consult dermatology venerologist if you are still suffering with genital warts. If penile pain only issue consult surgeon or urologist.
