Hi lybrate-user, you can start using salicylic acid ointment for control of hpv warts. Sometimes you might get benefit by using trichloroethane acetic acid also. But a very simple and effective treatment is excision by laser under local anaeasthesia which really gives a very good cosmatic result, it is quick and cures it permanently from that area. Hpv vaccine may help you to prevent from further occurrence of warts. So you can take it. For the present warts ,apart from podowart ,u can also apply trichloroacetic acid (taa) with the help of a sterile needle, like doing tattooing to the warts, which often helps.
