You can consult any neraby surgeon for removal of this warts. It will be scarless and very minimal pain also very quick result. Otherwise you can try with tta (trichloro acetic acid), but I am not sure about the marks. You need that to confirm.

Podowart is not for daily use and it is for genital wart. It should be applied under dermatologist supervision. Usually it has weekly application. Now you developed irritant dermatitis due to excessive use. So stop podowart, consult your dermatologist and ask him to treat irritant dermatitis first and than to wart.
