Hello lybrate-user. Please use sunscreen in morning or else their won't be any use of using night cream. Go for other triple combination cream like kojivit ultra and apply only on dark areas. Please take care of your nutrition and add zinc supplement to your diet.

Apply aloe vera juice/gel from its leaf (fresh), not from readymade gels available in market. Remove skin of an aloe vera leaf. Take /scoop out gel. Apply this gel to your face skin. Wash with plain water after an hour.

U can do the following-- stop smoking (if you smoke). Smoking lowers your hdl, (“good”) cholesterol level. Change the way you eat. Low-fat, low-cholesterol eating benefits all your lipid levels.
Lose weight if necessary.
Maintain healthy lifestyle start exercising.
Nuts, such as almonds, pistachios, and walnuts, contain high amounts of unsaturated fat or “good” fats, which increase high-density lipoprotein (hdl) and lower low-density lipoprotein (ldl).

Please do not abruptly stop these medications for hypertension and hypercholesterolemia. These medications help keep your bp and cholesterol in check. Please consult with your physician at regular intervals for optimum dose modulation.

Sir, rosuvastatin doesn't reduce triglycerides, this drug is for reducing ldl value. Detailed history and complete lipid profile needs to be seen to further comment on duration of treatment and as diabetic patients are more prone for dyslipidemia, statin might be started by the doctor.
