Hello Mr. lybrate-user,
men have not got vagina so probable the blood you noticed came from the urethra. Mild urethral injuries are common during rough masturbation practices. This can very well be prevented by using lube at time of masturbation and not using rough objects for the act. Use gentle strokes. But I would advise you to have a consultation with whatever way you are comfortable (online video / audio / text consultation.) I would be very happy to help you out. Thank you. Wishing you...more

Hi Mr. lybrate-user. Blood coming from mouth can be from oral cavity, back side of oral cavity, lungs, also post nasal bleeding can come from nose and sinuses. A proper clinical ent and chest examination is required which might require further evaluation (like x ray chest, sputum exam, nasal endoscopy, ct scan of sinuses) depending on clinical assessment. Kindly consider a thorough clinical examination from ent / physician to arrive at a diagnosis. Thank you.
