First make sure it's infection. If there is chance of urinary tract infection usually you should have fever and burning sensation while urinating. If you are diagnosed with urinary tract infection then you will need antibiotics. Also make sure you drink plenty of water. Hope it helps.

It's may be because of repeated sex in small intervals.
Stop sex or masturbation for next 15 days and drink plenty of water per day.
And after 15 days do sex or masturbation and see whether it is blood in semen or not. If still you see the blood in semen then do investigation of semen analysis.

Blood from urine or during urination is a serious issue and should not be neglected.
Please do a urine test for routine and culture
also a usg whole abdomen needs to be done.
Take ferrum phos 6x 4 tablets 4 times till the reports arrive.
Get back to me for further evaluation of the case.

Do get checked for tb. If blood in sputum continues ,it is definitely a matter of concern.
One or two episodes may have be spontaneous.
Check for associated symptoms and recent weight loss you might have missed.
Get chest xray done if needed.
