Since when are you having this. How much alcohol n tobacco do you consume n since when. Get your thyroid profile, cbc, lft, kft, blood sugar fasting checked from some lab.

Weight not gaining could be due to hyperthyroidism. Have you got the blood tested for the thyroid profile and are you under correct medication?
