Since when are you having this. How much alcohol n tobacco do you consume n since when. Get your thyroid profile, cbc, lft, kft, blood sugar fasting checked from some lab.

Weight not gaining could be due to hyperthyroidism. Have you got the blood tested for the thyroid profile and are you under correct medication? The vomiting could be due to stomach issue or due to your anxiety status. Feeling of depression is during the monthly periods or on any episodal basis? For the vomitings presently take plenty of water. Have salad with every meal. Take timely meals. Avoid spicy and fried food. Do not take outside/junk food. It can be because of gas or acidity or indigestion, gastritis, gerd, diarrhoea, constipation, ibs etc but I need details of the case.
