Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). Since when are you having this problem? What are other symptoms like pain abdomen or mucus or blood in stools etc. Do liver function test. 1.take home cooked, fresh light food. 2. Drink boiled water. 3. Take ors. Take care of dehydration. 4. Avoid fast foods, spicy and fried foods
