Yes, it is dangerous. You should plan to get admitted in a hospital under care of a physician. As it will be important to monitor your vitals, liver function tests and xray of abdomen for any serious damage. Apart from that supportive treatment and care for the symptoms you are getting.

Follow this 1. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U should eat whatever your mother or grandparent eat in bfast. I mean to say whatever is your traditional food. If punjabi eat paratha, if belongs to south then take idli/ dosa etc.

Hello, to relieve your problem you can try the following:-
1. Do not over eat before travelling, have light bland food. 2. You can try having crushed ice cubes or lemon or ginger during the journey to prevent nausea
3. Try distracting yourself by listening music, watching something. 4. Try to change positions and get some air in between journeys
5. Always try to sit by facing the direction of movement of the vehicle, try to look at the horizon. Don't stare at fast moving objects. Hop...more
