Yes there are remedies for dysarthria and aphasia like conditions given in ayurveda's renowned book bhaishajya ratnawali and we have been using it with our modalities by way of experience. But its not only med but some other techniques like breathing techniques/ some syllables to practice in the form of mantra etc. Some other medicine which are very simple. You have to discuss first to hope for results to some extent.
