deep bite is the relation between upper and lower front teeth..
the more abnormal relation between upper and lower front teeth causes further more malalignments and also has esthetic problems and attrition of lower teeth, sensitivity and more..

Hello Lybrate user. The crooked teeth either can be corrected or has to be removed in case if it's present lingualy or palataly. The mesiodens are supernumerary teeth which has to be extracted. The milk teeth, which is removed, the permanent teeth will erupt there soon. I advice you to take an orthopantamogram and check the eruption of permanent teeth.
