Hello Lybrate user. The crooked teeth either can be corrected or has to be removed in case if it's present lingualy or palataly. The mesiodens are supernumerary teeth which has to be extracted. The milk teeth, which is removed, the permanent teeth will erupt there soon. I advice you to take an orthopantamogram and check the eruption of permanent teeth. One of the more effective ways to stop a stutter is to try to speak more slowly. Rushing to complete a thought can cause you to stammer, speed up your speech, or have trouble getting the words out. Taking a few deep breaths and speaking slowly can help.
