Any problem in throat? Cold/ cough/ sneezing? Any discharge from ear? Is this pain continuous or some part of day, need details of case. In the meanwhile follow this 1. Do saline gargles daily.

Some causes of ear pain can be serious such as tumors or infections, including cellulitis or shingles. If your ear pain is severe, doesn’t go away within a few days of home treatment, or comes with a high fever or sore throat, or you get a new rash, visit your doctor right away for treatment and to rule out something more serious.

Your ear pain is due to overuse of headphones and you should stop using headphones or reduce the use and volume of the earphone and every half an hour of using it give some break by removing headphones and listening to normal voice or just stay without any sound waves falling on your ears.
