Don't take melanocyl without medical supervision. First of all confirm if you hv vitiligo or sm other issue. If vitiligo tacrolimus n steroids help with stabilizing the lesion. Then can use topical psorolen for regaining colour. Consult a dermatologist. Don't use random meds without supervision- you may end up harming urself.

Hello Ruth I am sure they gave you a steroid before you started tacrolimus, an immunomodulator.You would have to use the medications for atleast 6-8 weeks to see any improvement at all.
