First of all skin colour is subjective. And she is too young, even to determine her actual skin colour, sometime skin tone might change after few years of puberty, and even if it's a wheatish skin tone, it's fine as long it is healthy and glowing, she is too young to receive glutathione and vit c serums and injections. Please follow a good skin care and don't over use the products.

Hi, lamisil, miconazole are all antifungal medicines so they should help. Along with creams, try and keep skin irritation free. Wear loose breathable fabrics. Sweating, moisture, pressure, warmth, friction can all make fungal infection worse so are to be avoided. Antifungal tablets can be prescribed for 1 or 2 months depending on the severity of the fungal rash. The cream has to be applied till the rash completely disappears and for a week more.
