Have almonds, flaxseeds,walnuts in your regular diet for better vitamin E intake.
Supplements are usually not very safe, unless they are prescribed by a physician for a reason.

For d 3 & b 12, visit physician for the weekly supplement. Apart from this take morning sunlight for abt 20 - 30 min everyday. Take milk & milk products. Take suncharged water too.
