Do not worry too much about these type or articles, they are for research purpose. Also you take Vit E in the form of whole food, not isolated, hence it is safe and it works as anti-oxidant in the body. On net you will find many contradictory reports like on soybean, flaxseeds etc. As long as you are eating in moderation as whole food, not supplements, you are safe. Nature knows the best.
