Yes .u may take .as the zandu pancharishta is just a herbal digestive tonic, it may not pose a big problem to take it with multivitamins.in specific, as the scientific data regarding the drug interactions between multivitamins and zandu pancharishta is not available as of now, I would suggest you to alternate the timing of either drug. For eg: you may consider taking the multivitamins in the noon if you are already taking zandu pancharishta in the morning and evening. I could say that would be more safer.

Vitamins and minerals can both act as a double edged sword. Deficiency can cause disease, but excess is also not advisable. Considering all these and indian dietary habits, vegetarians are usually deficient in vit. B12, and adults who spend large amount of time indoors tend to suffer from vit. D deficiency. Welman for men is a potent multi vitamin supplementation for males. But again, excess can do more harm than good.

Only thru blood test you can know vitamin level in your body. Follow this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Don't overeat 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U should eat whatever your mother or grandparent eat in bfast. I mean to say whatever is your traditional food. If punjabi eat paratha, if belongs to south then take idli/ dosa etc. 4. Have light meals every 2 hours (in addition to your breakfast, lunch n dinner) e.g. Nariyal paani, chaach, a handful of dry fruits, a handful of peanuts, any fresh n seasonal fruit, a cup of curd/milk etc 5. Finish your dinner at least 2 hours before going to sleep. 6. Maintain active life style7. Avoid fast foods, spicy n fried foods, carbonated beverages 8. Take a lot of green vegetables n fruit. 9. Drink lot of water.10. Everyday preferably sleep on same time exercise in the form of yoga, cycling, swimming, gym etc.Till lock down do suryanamaskar every day.

There may be a difference in the amount of vit. C in different brands but otherwise none. The effervescent tablets that you are referring to just take money for the flavour. Otherwise they all work the same. And the best supplementation of vit. C is by consuming fresh citrus fruits rather than these tablets.

Only multi vitamin will not help from covid, there are certain foods which you and your family can have to fight the situation. Let's make a fit india, healthy india, fight the covid -19.1. Please do not keep complete fasts. 2. Do not be empty stomach for a long period. Have a good breakfast. 3. Senior citizens, diabetics, hypertensive people, please eat proper balanced meal. 4. Do not eat plenty of fried foods, refined foods, potatoes. 5. Include dals, pulses, soyabean, beans or rajma in your lunch and dinner. 6. Ensure to take a cup of whey protein daily. 7. Do not follow any fad diet such as keto diet, gm diet or any rumored diet during the lockdown period. Eat proper balanced meal. 8. Do not use any food supplements or health supplements these days. 9. Include a cup of curd or yogurt in your daily meal. 10. Cook the non veg food thoroughly. Eat eggs, fish, chicken, etc if you want. 11. Avoid raw vegetables as salad. Do not overcook either. 12. Include milk, cheese, rice, bajra, wheat, jowar, bengal gram, peas, beans, groundnut, soyabean, cottonseed oil, coconut, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, green leafy vegetables, cabbage, carrots, coriander leaves, curry leaves, radish, spinach, pumpkin, beetroot tomatoes, onion, oranges, papaya, jaggery, in your diet. 13. Meditate and pray. 19. Deaddict yourself from alcohol and cigarettes. 20. Alcohol and smoke weakens the immunity. Please, you are precious for the family. Strengthen it. 21. I have b12 and d3 deficiency. I started using rejunex cd3 supplement for 6 months. I tested again and the b12 changed from 128pg/ml to 500 ng/ml and vitamin d 20 ng/ml to 31 ng/ml. Should I continue the supplement or need to change the interval of taking a supplement?

Better to work at your metabolism system now. as whatever you eat your body should get nutrients from that. you can take healthy diet and some medication on that.
