all multivitamins are available otc without prescription.
I assume you tested for vitamin b12 and vitamin d.
If your levels were found low, you can either go for capsule form or opt for injection route.
Vitamin d in particular is better if taken via injection as vitamin d capsules tend to cause side effects.
Vitamin b12 capsules, however, is easy on the stomach. You can opt for neurobion forte.

Yes you can take it. There is very less quantity of vitamin d3 in shell cal tablet just to supplement calcium absorption and function but not for curing vit d deficiency. If you are taking more than 2 times a day a slight modification in the dose could be done.

Dear lybrate-user, at your age you should be eating 3 large meals viz breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Vitamin b12 is best obtained from animal sources. So if you are vegetarian, must consume dairy products like ghee, curd.
You must increase your time in sunlight exposure. Get vitamin d injection once in a month instead of taking capsules.
Finish dinner by 8 pm as our digestive system is slightly weaker as night approaches.
Avoid packed food such as noodles, pasta, rusk.

Mvi can be given in dns.
Calcium gluconate may precipitation in dna /ns.
Give separately slow iv directly from injection or by different iv set

the only source for vit b12 is meat products or else you can go with vit b12 supplements.

I would like to see the drop you are giving to your baby. The consituents of it could be responsible for the colour change in stools. Other causes include internal bleeding due to an infection (dysentery) or due to erosion of layer of gi mucosa. Text consult to share details.

You can take capsule orally. It is safe to consume one to two sm fibro capsules daily. No please don't take 2 capsule same time. You can take it after food.

Please note that one need to identify which vitamins/minerals you lack and that needs to be supplement from outside.
A simple home solution is taking a glass of full cream milk twice daily along with banana and dates daily.
Continue it for some time and you need not to take any other synthetic source of multivitimins.
