Depends on the type of b complex.
Paracetamol and zinc tablets are obviously elements. So, its the basic unit of formation. So,definitely not non-veg.
And talking about the b-complex the tablet strip should have a marked red or green symbol, where red signifies non veg and green denotes veg.

Yes .u may take .as the zandu pancharishta is just a herbal digestive tonic, it may not pose a big problem to take it with multivitamins.in specific, as the scientific data regarding the drug interactions between multivitamins and zandu pancharishta is not available as of now, I would suggest you to alternate the timing of either drug.
